Open Enrollment begins Oct. 21, 2026 and ends Nov. 6, 2026, for the 2027 plan year.
It’s Almost Time to Enroll for 2027 Benefits!
- Enroll online or call* 888-907-1394 during Open Enrollment from Oct. 21 – Nov. 6, 2026.
- Follow the steps to enroll in benefits, then submit your completed enrollment and save a copy of your benefits summary.
- Adding new dependents for 2027? Required dependent documentation must be uploaded to your account by Nov. 20, 2026 in order for your dependents to have coverage.

- For more detailed eligibility information, click here to log in and navigate to the benefits section to review the Summary Plan Descriptions.
- Your benefit elections will remain in effect through December 31. You can make changes during Open Enrollment each year or within 30 days of a qualifying life event or employment status change.
- You can change your benefits elections during the year only if you experience a qualifying life event – such as marriage, birth of a child, or change in your spouse’s employment status – which would affect your current coverage.
- You may be required to submit a completed evidence of insurability (EOI) form for some life insurance coverages.
- You can make changes to your HSA contribution amounts, investment elections, or beneficiaries at any time during the year by logging in to The Heartbeat.
